Some women will be put off by it, but really? If someone likes you enough, then it should not be an issue at all. Tell them you're a virgin, and you'd like to learn if this goes somewhere.

Honestly though, if the girl is someone that likes you, then it's a non-issue. If they do have an issue, then they weren't worth your time anyway. :)

I'm almost the same person you are, in regards to being the shoulder to cry on. Lately though, I've found friends that like me for who I am, and who appreciate what I do. To be fair here, I've attended a couple, and you'll catch me in almost nil of the photos because I'm shy and I do not like standing out of the crowd. I've never worn a horse head or hipster clothes either.

It's not so much the taste, as much as the fear of it being bad. I'm well accustomed to my own taste, and I usually keep my lady parts fairly clean and I know it doesn't taste bad a majority of the time, but it's a fear that's stayed with me ever since.
