Reddit Challenge: Can we write and record our own generic pop song and get it in the charts? by Indubitable_Smooin AskReddit

Can I make the official music video!? here's a previous effort of mine vimeo.com/9459452

We can get everyone involved in shooting it - then I'll pull together a cut... Once song is written we can come up with more specific concepts.

Greystones here as well! But you know what's weird.. wherever you find one person from Greystones you tend to find a whole heap... especially in Greystones... A guy I knew came over from Melbourne and was really surprised that Greystones was just a small town. He'd met so many people at home from Greystones that he was honestly expecting it to be a city. Greystones.

I don't think I ever truly appreciated how beautiful, majestic and powerful horses were until I saw this. I already knew dogs were awesome though.

Thanks a mill! Sorry if I gave the wrong impression, myself and my friend are the company (souljacker) Sean is producing and I shot a lot of the real world backgrounds. It's being directed by James Stacey and there are quite a few animators involved. There's more info about the techniques involved on the vimeo page:

“'Origin has been produced primarily using Maya and Mental Ray while also relying heavily on it's compositing pipeline. The streets of Dublin have been captured using still photographs. This data was then brought into Maya for 3D shot setup. From this, templates were output and then painted with good old fashioned Photoshop background painting. The templates were then projected back on to the 3D models and environments. The shots were then brought into compositing with a large number of shots composited employing projection Mapping techniques'."

Oh no there's a lot more than two people involved. We both started the production company and this is one of the largest projects undertaken by us. James (director) and Sean (producer) are both involved in animation and have had to pull in a lot of favours to get it made. It's going to be screened at the Galway Film Fleadh this summer!
