You can't exercise it away. Dieting will often help, nut your only option is surgery. Check out gynecomastia.org for support/ more info.

I usually wear an 11.5 or 12. I actually ended up getting a slightly different pair. I got these in 12 :Jinks Originals. I wish I would've sized down, they seem a bit big in the toe.

Hey dude! You must be an MFAer? I looked all over (each of the mall stores/ indie shops) that were listed on the Clark's site and none of them had any (they are seasonal). I would call beforehand. I just got mine off the internet.

I ate there on a trip with my debate team to our national championship tournament.

1) The food was so gross. I pride myself on my adventurous dining tendencies and tend to have an iron stomach, but the food was truly inedible.

2) Yes, there are really cliff divers. This was the coolest part of the whole experience.

3) In 2002, I want to say it was about $30 bucks a head. Pretty pricey for horrible food and an ok dining "experience

4) The atmosphere is a lot like eating inside of an attraction/ amusement ride at Disneyland. There are a lot of stucco/ plaster fake rocks and it smells strongly of chlorine ( due to all of the indoor water features and pools)

5) I haven't seen the episode. Based on the stuff I have read on Reddit, it looks like they did a pretty good job approximating what it is like.

I am almost in the exact same place (6'2" 230 lbs 30% BF). I am doing SL 5x5 and have had steady progress for a month (5x5 weight: 155 bench, 250 squat, 275 dl). I am eating -40/-10 per the IF calc but I am not seeing any weight drop. Frustrating.

Thanks for the reply! I felt like my back wasn't vertical enough on the ascent as week. Additionally, does it look like my arms are positioned with my elbows point too far towards the back? I notice more weight going to my toes as I get fatigued. This was the last set of the day.

Thanks for the tip. I am kind of scared of making too much noise/ don't want to bang the weights too hard. I will try to get a faster tempo going.
