I am thinking about switching teams, because I hate women so much right now...I just don't know if switching to dicks and assholes is a great idea though.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I actually voted for Obama and won't this time around. Don't worry. I'm not voting for Perry. I'm going Ron Paul. But transparency is bad for government and let me tell you why. Spending public money is a zero sum game. If you want to move money to where it needs to be, you have to take it away from some other program.

Lobbyists are a part of the game, and until we change how our government runs, more people will be hurt and offended by this than helped.

Look what happened to some of Seal Team 6, when Obama (rather than keep their identities secret) blabbed about them as soon as he knew Osama was dead.

However you may view it, Obama wanted a political win, and quick. Rather than think about the consequences of his words and actions, Obama acted selfishly. I'm not saying Republicans are any better, but at this point its Liberals (who pretend to care about Unions, because they "have souls") v. Conservatives (who pretend not to care about the corporations they get kickbacks from). I'm fed up. I hope some other Redditors are too.

I propose the Marijuana Party, the sole purpose of which is to bring legal medical marijuana to a national scale, while keeping everything else Libertarian.

This THIRD party could get the Senior vote (most important) and they young people (myself included at 21 years old) might actually come out to vote if they can remember.

you're an idiot. no it won't. Obama is not gonna make it. It sucks. I voted for him last time and won't vote for him this time, because even though the Republican candidates are morons, Barack is a bigger moron. Nothing he has done works. He does a lot of stuff by the people for the people but none of it has worked.

He got a bad deal following one of the dumber, highest spending (& lowest taxing) presidents of all time in George W. Bush. But he came in with a majority in both houses of Congress. He didn't do anything in the first 2 years, and then democrats in Congress lost their jobs. Then there was a Republican majority...and what they hell can a Democratic President do with a Republican Congress?

Bill Clinton did it. Maybe Obama should take a page out of that book. I don't know. I'm some 21 year old idiot that has opinions. But this time, I am using my Constitutional right to vote for Ron Paul. You may say that's a waste, but I'm not the only one.

I was raised a ND fan my whole life. Not by choice. I was born into it like everyone else. Everyone in my family before me either went to ND or Saint Mary's (girl's school across the street) or Marquette if they couldn't get into the other two. Did I break the mold by not going to ND? Nope. Even though I chose to go to a Big 10 school, I'm still a huge Fighting Irish fan. I can't help myself. Even though I have grown up with awful coaches (ie. Bob Davies, Tyrone Willingham, CHARLIE WEIS), I am still on the bandwagon (20 years of pain).

I totally understand why people hate Notre Dame. Every game is nationally televised and they haven't won since '88. They are put in BCS games they shouldn't be (I was at the 2005 Fiesta Bowl where Ohio St. ran train on my Irish). They are favored in ranking systems, because their enormous fan base creates incentive for ratings agencies that are trying to sell more tickets (ie. USA Today, BCS) to favor ND.

So you may have read this and expected for me to make a case for easing your hatred for ND or at least being indifferent towards the most famous Catholic Footballers but too bad.

Too bad for all you nuckas. Michigan & USC fans can suck it. ND, despite all of its negatives: 1) It is in South Bend 2) Priests run the dorms 3) Huge pressure on players & coaches (b/c of alumni expectations & the fact that every game is nationally televised) etc., it keeps coming back.

Miami fans. Shut up. You haven't been good since '01 (maybe the best college football team of all time in terms of talent), when the University realized that their strategy of draining Jucos and prison teams didn't work in the long term.

Michigan. Too easy. Great transition to the spread. Great use of one of the freakiest athletes in college history (Denard Robinson).

Michigan St. Yup. You beat a shitty ND team...then your coach had a heart attack. While I hate Weis, I hope you never forget that embarrassing 3OT loss.

USC. We finally beat you this year. We lost to Tulsa. We suck this year. Enjoy not having the opportunity to play in a bowl & losing all those scholarships. I hope you have fun with Lane Kiffin, one of the few college coaches that might be a worse person than Weis.

So yea. Notre Dame is obnoxious. The Cowboys/Yankees of college football, but who cares? The only thing that matters in any sport is who wins and who loses. Until ND can make it to a National Championship, or win 11/12 games, then they aren't national contenders and no one needs to pay attention to them. We live in an era where you get to pick your entertainment, and thus the sports info you take in. You can completely avoid ND football if you want to.

So stop bitching. We get it. They suck. Until they are actually good, they are irrelevant. By bitching about them, you are only continuing the media following that began with Rockne. If no one bitched, ND would eventually return to being a small Catholic school in bumfuck, Indiana (for all the aforementioned reasons about why ND sucks now).

So if you really hate ND, then stop talking about them. Then they will die. Why would I put this up if I am actually an ND fan?

Because it will never happen. Some spoiled brat from SoCal is gonna read this and comment or some fat asshole from Ann Arbor is gonna get on his blog and talk about how ND fans always think they are right, and ...blah blah blah.

I'm not an active redditor. Normally, I keep my mouth shut and just browse imgurs, but the fact that ND hate would show up on here sucks. I pull some wisdom from Sydney Fife in screaming right here.

These tax loops exist and give companies like Carnival the ability to avoid paying taxes, which is bad and must be changed. The federal government's choice to lower corporate taxes in the last 50 years has to do with tax incidence (who the taxes actually fall on) rather than the government's decision to give corporations a tax break. A corporate tax's incidence lies on its ownership (stock holders), which will cause investment to decrease. The tax doesn't fall on the corporate executives that determine the business' direction (who I imagine is the target of this post).

I was 17 years old and was recieving my very first bj. This was a big day for me and my girlfriend at the time was amazing. Too bad we have no foresight and didn't think that we were doing this at 8PM in the middle of the week in her family room. That is exactly who was most likely to walk in on us. Her entire family walked in, including her 300 pound brother that played D1 football until he tore his ACL/MCL (so super angry all the time), her dad (all american rugby player), mom, and little brother.

When I was 16, I had the "ole penis and testicles check" as my doctor (middle aged Jewish man) done by an extremely attractive nurse (late 20s, latina). In eighth grade, I was playing football. In my area, 8th grade football is very intense, because high schools would recruit. The biggest game of the year was us against a neighboring town. I had growth issues (osgood schlatters), and had knee problems before.

I was playing d end, rushing the qb and I overpursued, but I was able to snag his jersey. As I stopped to turn (way more than 90 degrees) and try to get another hand on him, my foot didn't turn as it was stuck in the ground but the rest of my body (just below my knee and above) did. My epiphyseal, or growth, plate slid out and my lower leg went from one piece to three.

Luckily I recovered somewhat and got to play less intensive sports later on. I did stop growing though.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. - 10th Amendment The national government is really strong right now, because of politicians/ corporations/ lobbyists.
I hate to propose a sub experiment to this experiment, because I completely agree with this, but experiment 1A: Why don't we give more power to individual states and take it away from Washington (especially Congress)? Any ideas on how to do this are welcome.
