Please learn to read. "I" did not say "ALL" cops are bullies. I just made a observation from life about just who is attracted to this type of job and how they generally act.

I also made an observation, that included a common term, older than me, "the thin blue line" that is a reference , in itself, to officers being protected from rather than bearing the consequenses of these types of actions.

Because most cops are really just bullies, and seem to become cops to exercise this type of urge. Also, when they do this, both on and off duty, they bear no consequences or repercussions, because of the "thin blue line".

If your soil is mainly humus, yeah, probably. I am starting with sandy soil and building the soil as I go with kitchen compost and horse manure. So, no problems. Most of the articles you will find on the web presume bagged potting soil.

There is a difference between moist and wet also.
