Funny typo. Clearly they meant to say per week. No amount of steroids in the world could make you recover that fast otherwise.

EDIT: Just read further down. It wasn't a typo. Apparently he broke a big workout up into smaller pieces, and did one piece at a time. Interesting approach.

Keynes said to save up during good times so there's spending money to stimulate the economy in the bad. Even if his views were true, we still aren't following them. Governments love to spend but do they save up a surplus first or just put us into further debt?

Also, I could care less about which side of a debate has more people. I follow science, not scientists. They are nothing special; no divine powers.

Last time I mentioned Ron Paul in a non-libertarian subreddit, I received ~10 downvotes and was told that he is racist and insane (guy got a few upvotes). It's sort of like when simple people think Obama is Muslim, except ignorance of this type is encouraged on Reddit.

People will either support libertarians and vote Ron Paul or continue to put up with the tyranny of the reds/blues. I'm not sure things have gotten bad enough yet, but eventually, people will reach their collective limit and go back to supporting the constitution.

Aside from the irrelevant political statements, this is spot on. I don't know why anyone subsrcibing to /r/economy would downvote this. Wall St. and Main St. are two different things. For example, in a hyper-inflationary setting, the stock market would soar, while actual quality of life would plummet. We're still in huge trouble folks.
