In all honesty I would love to have a book which covers from The Roman period to Bismarck. However if there are no books which can cover such a large period then a few books which covers all of this German history would also work.

So far I have mainly been looking on amazon but a lot of the books don't have the greatest reviews such as so I was mainly hoping people in this subreddit would have better suggestions

it may make export more competitive but it also make imports more expensive and since germany really does not have that much raw material they need to import it to build everything they sell

Hypothetically if this was done all the industries would move to asia, where the pollution would still be created (probably to a greater degree considering the fact that Germany has more regulations). This would also destroy the strongest economy in europe resulting in a complete Euro collapse.

To prevent such pollution societies would have to stop demanding such products.

The highest point of land on the Maldives is 2.3 metres (7 ft 7 in), and averaging only 1.5 metre above sea level so even a slight rise is a very serious concern. You are also neglecting the fact that there will be storm surges which will increase the sea level dramatically for a short period of time. Also how will they pay for the dykes? The Maldives arent a rich nation and such a cost will surely be beyond their reach

One cool thing that I just started doing is get a tutor for free from a site like conversation exchange. It works by the other person teaching you their language while you teach them yours. Tons of languages are offered and people on there are really friendly.
