Almost anything can be used a torture device, you can't ban all of them. The cross isn't a weapon per se; to legally qualify as a weapon it has be considered a weapon in its normal use, not just able to be used as such. For example, if you were a golfer or baseball player and you walked downtown holding your club/bat, no big deal. If you walked around town with a MP5, people might run in terror.

Plus even if you could convince people the cross is a weapon you would run into some issues with the free exercise clause. Court won't look at whether or your beliefs are valid, just if they legitimately believe you have those beliefs.

The original comment was talking about killing rare mobs on the way to the boss. The person to whom I was replying asked why kill trash, therefore to the person I was talking to trash = rare mobs. I just used the same vernacular as him.

He is being downvoted because he provided factually incorrect information. In D2 and D2X, energy shield converted only part of the damage done into a mana burn. In D3 if you have a very small health pool with crazy high regen, it is impossible for you to get 1-shot with energy shield on.

I agree with you, I didn't know there were launch issues until I went to go make lunch and brought up reddit on my laptop. I got up at 5 and worked til 10, and have been playing until now (maintenance time). Zero issues/lag anything. Glad I'm not alone in loving it!

yeah, sometimes I won't have an appetite all day because I have too much to do and I just can't even make myself eat. Then it gets to be late evening and I'm starving so even if I have healthy food to eat I just crave like... chipotle or something.

I watch you because you help restore my faith in community. You get pissed, and I can tell when you're pissed, but you don't flame that often. I remember one game where you guys were ahead, (you were brand) and Nhat came mid and started messing around with you and taking cs. You started to lose and die, eventually losing the game. I could tell you were upset but you didn't really get negative, even when Nhat explained to you what a blitzkrank is.
