Master Ecig repair tool now half-off! by McTwist1260in electronic_cigarette

[–]blazednetsec 0 points1 point ago

Well for example I dropped my Lavatube the other day and the cartomizer snapped off. The device itself was fine but the carto threads remained firmly screwed into the lavatube while the actual carto was lying on the floor. Using a paperclip I was able to unscrew the broken threads and attach a new carto.

Hollowed out an IKEA shelf and put a Levitron inside of it by mr_rob_otoin videos

I don't have one of these but seeing this made me research it a bit. Their site mentions that it only uses about 1 watt while objects are floating. That's pretty incredible to me.

How does this relate to headphones at all?

And even for the actual device it is the same way with every other maker of phones. I can either take it to the official place or buy parts online and do it myself. Apple is no different than any of the others.

I think you're all confused. I have these headphones: http://www.apple.com/ipod/in-ear-headphones/ , not the ones that came with my iPhone. It would NOT be sensible to buy a whole new device. That's just stupid.

The headphones work fine and sound great. That is not the issue. I'm not going to spend $75+ dollars to get a similar pair when these work fine. I don't care about the button and want to disable it.

Headphones are over two years old. I'm not buying new ones. I'm jailbroken and can tweak anything, just trying to find it. No need to be a dick.

!!!CAUTION!!! STEAM SCAM - watch out for links sent via steam chat with this web page!!! by DsyelxicBobin gaming

[–]blazednetsec 1 point2 points ago

Yeah perhaps they should give a quick rundown of that kind of activity upon installation. I'm not sure if it would have much effect though, AOL used to run phishing commercials all the time and I educate my family as much as possible and they still fall for stuff like this.

To be fair to Valve they do have the 'Never tell your password to anyone.' text at the top of every Steam chat and clicking links in the chat pops up a message box informing you that you're leaving safety. Not to mention just looking at the URL gives it away. I think people should take more responsibility when it comes to falling for stuff like this instead of whining that their account disappeared after they literally gave it away.

[–]blazednetsec 2 points3 points ago

Probably nothing more than you and I. I used to send notices to the web host letting them know about the phishing page being hosted on their servers. They usually take it down and send a quick thank you. But you can't force them. These pages are fairly common and most people who have been on Steam for a while have gotten a few messages like this. The phish page usually doesn't live very long.

The abuse emails are usually like 'abuse@company.com'.

Game Of Thrones On Track To Be Most Pirated Show Of 2012; Pirates Still Asking HBO For Legitimate Options by nomdewebin technology

A lot of it has to do with the fact that it's a pain in the ass to hook it up unless you leave your PC right next to your TV. I used a laptop for Netflix for a while but eventually got tired of dragging it out and dealing with Windows randomly deciding wireless does not exist.

Now I use the XBox if I need to access random titles, or the TV I have also has a Netflix client built in. The only problem with the built in Netflix is that I can't search for new titles, only browse suggestions. Whoever though that was a good idea needs to reconsider.

Presumed FBI agents reinstall a server seized from MayFirst/PeopleLink. The bureau won't say why it took it or why it returned it in such an unusual manner. by Jasteritain videos

At the very least a reformat. My paranoia is much too high and that server would now be in the dumpster.

Yeah how disrespectful of me. If nobody 'barged in' on comments this site would be boring as hell. Uptight prick.

Where in my reply did I mention this? My reply was clearly not about this.

I thought we were discussing the idea that blocking phones in a casino would be a good idea. It's not, but you're taking it personally.

[–]blazednetsec 0 points1 point ago

A lot of people use their phones in a casino to text their friends about location as well. I've also used my phone to call for the same purpose inside of a casino. And I didn't even have to stop playing the game.

If it's so noisy than phone calls aren't going to distract anyone anyway.

Pointless effort that will only annoy customers. People who want to use their phones will now have to go outside and be annoyed while others will constantly be checking for a signal, defeating the original goal.

Sure you could, but what is the purpose of all of this? Spending money to inconvenience your customers?

No you're absolutely right. People connecting to random wifi networks are fools. Doesn't matter how limited your data plan is, using an unprotected wifi network (especially an unknown one) is an awful idea and should not be done. Just wait until you get home. Seriously.

All the visuals of salvia without the TERROR!!! by revolverocelotin Drugs

[–]blazednetsec 1 point2 points ago

Depends. Salvia is extremely strong. I have smoked it on a number of occasions where I would have considered myself fully prepared (relaxing/right setting/etc, not at a party or around other people) and every single time I always end up going what the fuck was that. I haven't really ever had fun doing Salvia, but I do enjoy the experience every now and again.

Colored juice by blazednetsecin electronic_cigarette

[–]blazednetsec[S] 0 points1 point ago

I use the same ratio. My thicker juices from other vendors that aren't extremely colored give me no problems. It's definitely something about GV juices. I don't think I'll be ordering there again even though their 50% off prices are so good.

Colored juice by blazednetsecin electronic_cigarette

[–]blazednetsec[S] -1 points0 points ago

No, my problem is definitely the color of the juice. All my juices are mixed exactly the same, 70PG 30 VG and I put multiple holes on my cartos in my tank. It's the super brown color that kills the taste and clogs up atties in a few days. The clear liquids give me no problem. Even my really heavy VG Malty Toffee from backwoods brew doesn't clog up my atties, because it isn't dirt brown.
