Jerseys can sell for the same price next year. I think they put them on some amount of sale, but they are not under much pressure as the jerseys don't change from year to year.

I would expect discounts to apply depending on how crappy the player was. Who wants a Vandy or White jersey!!

The FreeJulio campaign that happened a couple months ago on facebook when he got nabbed in Vegas. When he got arrested, friends in the glass industry made pipes with his face on it or just auctioned off other items they had in inventory and donated the money from those pieces to the legal fund. Many others gave cash. Marble Slinger was the glassblower that organized the funds and handled the collecting.

Julio is a great guy, and I'm glad he was released and is out taking dabs with his chill cat. It shows the power our group can have, and I would love to see some of that energy and resources put to benefit the entire scene along with ensuring some of it's brand names stay out of jail.

I think it merits more study though, but nobody can profit off of peoples health like that, so funding the studies that would truly tell us what we want to know are far from happening. My friend claims there is some amount of data backing his fears, but until then... I agree with you with my usage habits as well.

If the glass scene was able to raise almost 15k in a weekend to get one of our homies out of jail, maybe there could be a grass roots effort to fund some real studies of what the effects of dabbing off of titanium does to you vs quartz vs boro, and how dangerous is smoking upderpurged stuff. if the risks were quantified, it could help clean up the quality that is out there right now in the general marketplace. The studies wouldn't be cheap, but with the money we spend on our glass and our product, maybe the collective would be willing to all fork something over to have the science done. I'd throw in a couple hundred.

I have friends that have recently become paranoid, and switched back to boro nails, but they have not given me copies of the data that is causing their fear mongering.

I have boro nails on the table for when they come over, but I still prefer the heat retention of the ti.

My guess is probably cancer, I'm just hoping cancer is at or less the levels of cigarettes.

Take your time, spend time looking at good head shops, through the years worth of beautiful glass and glass artists that you can draw inspiration from for your own decision.

Is this going to be a piece for flowers or concentrates, or a mixed use piece?

The sov's are awesome, as my king stem is my daily driver along with a little help from my other oil bubs. I have yet to hit a mobius, but have heard great things. Other than that, enjoy the pretty glass!

I wonder if he feels the changes in the coaching staff (Shaw and Woodcroft hopefully getting tar and feathered on their way out of town) are enough to turn our malaise around, and if he thinks our consistent lack of effort/compete level is due to a failure of our coaching staff to motivate the players, or the fault of the players failing at being professionals and working hard on their own volition.

What I do is keep all my errls in a tupperware container and put that in the fridge or freezer if i need to quick-solidify something.

I've been told that keeping it inside a sealed container/jar will help ensure no moisture or anything gets in there.

loading the cartridge that was given to me with it was easy, its just getting it to re-melt through to let the vapors get to the mouth piece that I am having issues with.

I'll play with it a little more, but I'm thinking at this point that I should try and rescue any of the good stuff from the cartridge and then go find some lower grade stuff at a club to put in it to make it happy.

I use the things so rarely, mainly at games during hockey season, that it isn't a big deal for several more months, but I'll keep playing with it.

Mine is more shatter than liquid, and it cant seem to melt all of it in there to let the vapor pull through the top. It releases a shit load of vapor from the holes on the bottom though.

So I just got one, and put some closer to shatter stuff that I have in it and it cant melt through. I guess I need to try and empty the cart or get another cartridge and have to pay retail for differently worked stuff now that is more runny.

I'll find/post it on the way home. Essentially you are just making classic hard crack candy, but once the mixture is at 200 degrees stick in the claim or whatever errl you are going to use. Once it gets to 300-310, pull it off the heat and pour in the maple extract for flavoring and stir that bitch. Pour into molds and let harden. Of if you don't care about molds, pour onto one of those thin aluminium baking trays, and when it is most of the way cool, score it with a pizza cutter that you barely spray with non stick spray and score it into squares. when all the way cool, break apart, toss in powdered sugar so they don't stick and enjoy!

I've been reading that the oils are better than the alcohol based flavors as they burn off less, but I used an ounce of the maple extract and it worked great.

Also, with the maple color as well as the sugar in the raw, it came out a perfect color without any food coloring needed.

I think the scene would be open to a real chinese Artist if they showed real talent and pushed their own limits, but so far all we know about is the sweat shop replicas.

It is interesting, some artists I know are perfectionists, who fret and worry about every little detail, making their work so damn clean..

Then there is the large group behind them that like it enough to want to make a living at it because it is easier than a day job if you have the aptitude/attitude and skillset.. But have no real drive to be anything beyond 'good enough'. If they can make their paper on it, it's 'good enough for them'.

Why bother perfecting or innovating when what you are doing pays the bills and does the job?... Not the best attitude to take at least from our perspective as lovers of the truly inspiring and innovative artwork we have grown accustomed to by following this awesome art scene.

Unfortunately I do not share your optimism. Hate is alive and well and will most likely continue to guide mainstream Christianity for as long as it is a mainstream religion. I commend you for trying not to let hate guide your life though.

The only thing I can agree with Ewoko on is that you are in the minority as a Christian with compassion and love in your heart.

I've been primarily an 18 guy. If I had to give a technical reason I will say because of the greater airflow. I have pieces that have both though, so it more is a matter of what I am using that day.

I only really take issue when it is an obvious cheap Chinese knockoff pieces that are just sweat shop copies of specific designs.

Hitman making an ass out of himself for claiming the belly button has been exactly that. If his logic held true, who was the first person to use Glass on Glass fittings, as everyone else is a filthy thief bastard asshole biter.
