This happens to my husband almost every time he drinks whether or not he's eaten a full meal or eaten like a bird. For him, the drunken feeling and the high feeling cause his head to go into a spin and make him sorta freak out and wind up getting violently ill from the panic/paranoia and the dizzy feeling. The key is not to have too much of either the weed or alcohol and also not to mix drinks and be sure to have eaten something. It certainly helps.
