Nice, keep up the good work! As a smoker, I'm curious about these devices. Does it at all resemble smoking a real cigarette? Can you feel the vapor as you inhale it?

EDIT: Also, can you 'smoke' those things anywhere, like in restaurants and stuff? If so, do people look at you strangely or is it generally accepted because its smokeless?

As a kid I always would go up front and sit in the first row, away from my dad and sister. That first scene terrified me, when the raptor was clawing around in that cage and screeching so loudly.

I quickly retreated up to the back rows where they were seated and sat next to them, quivering in terror and delight. That film scared the shit out of me but it was my favorite movie for a long time after seeing it in the theatre.

Also, this review made me laugh out loud several times. My favorite:

that they would be so insensitive to their children that they would stay through an entire movie with their kids cowering beside them in raw fear.

I am a grown man and I found the movie very scary.

The post we're discussing is titled, "Sexy ASMR Videos." Most whisperers I've seen try to cater to their audience, and intentionally trying to make oneself sound 'sensuous' would be counter-productive to this effort. I have yet to notice a whisperer who is sounding purposefully sexual, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there.

Didn't we recently create an asmr subreddit specifically for nsfw material? This subreddit is amazing at beating dead horses, this topic is as old as the subreddit itself (as are the following topics: 'OMG just found this, so happy to know it has a name!', 'DAE not trigger from intentional vids?', 'Stop posting GIFs, they're NOT asmr', etc.)

Not trying to come off as harsh, but most of us think that sensuous vids and asmr are mutually exclusive.

For some reason your sarcasm rubs me the wrong way; I agree with the spirit of what you're saying, but I think kolm's points were well-stated. Yes, he was making assumptions, and its fine to point that out, but for whatever reason this just seemed like a rude way to do it.
