I have ADHD and self medicating with caffeine really helps but I DO end up building up a tolerance to it...

I've spent the last three years experimenting it to get the RIGHT zen and it seems that the RIGHT strategy for me is to have a MILD amount first thing in the morning to help me wake and and be productive.

Then NO more... not even chocolate. This way I can actually sleep at night.

However, building up a tolerance happens eventually and I'm considering cycling to improve this. Either on the weekend when I'm not working or just forcing 3-5 days off every two weeks.

Nice... Note about caffeine being illegal if it were discovered today. Totally agree.

Though the fact that it is natural doesn't really matter either way. Cocaine and Marijuana and Heroin are from natural sources.

Wear your helmet ... I was hit by a car 8 months ago and would have SURELY died ... I had a concussion and was in the emergency room for like 24 hours...

Our gov is fucked up and they can STILL mess with your flight... but without burden of proof they can't place you under arrest. Just ask to leave if they harass you.

This isn't a medical marijuana issue.. this is an issue of corruption.

If you legalize MJ, and they start to make significant revenues, they will lobby against cigarettes, or mushroom/LSD legalization, ... or prescription drugs.

The only way to solve this is to fix the system.

I am a male so I've never been able to do this (nor would I) but the science behind this would be pretty straight forward.

You just need to make a goal to 'cut' weight... You basically need to do the opposite of what a male body builder would do and you need to trigger catabolism of your muscle to lose them...

As a female you simply do NOT have the testosterone to really grow big... that's in your favor if you want to have smaller muscles.

If you're CERTAIN that this isn't fat... then you can just start having your body burn your muscle for fuel.

  1. don't lift the muscle groups that you want to shrink.

  2. eat at a protein deficit... don't eat NONE but you should instead eat very little amounts of protein.

  3. eat at a caloric deficit. This will cause your body to exhaust fat as a calorie source and go to muscle. It needs to be a SIGNIFICANT deficit below 31 calories per lb of body fat. This is the max your body can burn from fat so if you are more than this you will either pass out from exhaustion or burn it from your muscles.

If you have ever seem someone starting due to famine where they look emaciated - this is what you're going need to do ... don't go to THAT extreme though ... but your muscles will thin out.

Once you hit the right level, resume a regular protein intake along with lifting.

Also, make SURE you do not have a psychological eating disorder... if you have something like body dysmorphia - this would not be good advice to follow.

There was a paper released that analyzed that you can burn 31 calories per lb of body fat per day without catabolizing muscle.

So if you have 70 lbs of fat you can use 2170 calories per day without losing muscle.

But it's a bit more complicated than that....

The major problem I had with this was the significant boost in dairy (and eventually fructose)... I ended up completely colonizing my intestines with bacteria that LOVED the lactose and fructose I was feeding it and after months it made me REALLY sick...

I just had an awesome idea.

Instead of the police department getting to KEEP the money they seize from drug dealers or speeders, they should be FORCED to give it as REWARDS for good behavior.

Granted there are some complications here... like they could just give it to their buddies but you could exempt those who have business relationships with the city and friends and family.

These would be for example kids volunteering to help feed the homeless. Adults taking troubled teenagers camping...

Parents raising foster children, etc.

It's the stick AND the carrot!

It would ALSO prevent police corruption. They wouldn't have an incentive to steal anymore.

Experiment and find what works for you... I take it in sublingual form an hour before I sleep... I usually crash within 30minutes.

3-4 hours would be WAY too long...

I take it in 3g dosage.
