I work for MPI as well and as previously mentioned, the paranoid responses are just that. MPI has ruled in ways where people don't agree with it, but in your situation, you'll be fine. MPI knows where there is and isn't 4 way stops etc.

If you really are that paranoid about it, the one piece of advice I can give you is to go back to the intersection and take a photo, proving that their is in a fact no four way stop, which will help you out if anything does happen.

Lastly, don't just sign or agree to anything before actually reading/looking it over. Like every other business in this world MPI has written agreements/contracts/accident reports etc with fine wording so make sure you read it AND understand what it means. You're more than allowed to take things home and read them over. The worst part has already happened, now you just play the waiting game for your car. Good luck!
