I don't want to sound rude here, but I'm assuming if you've already reached the .43 delta thresh-hold then surely you've already tweaked your vector distribution cap to allow more surface area for more electrons to move freely? It's the only way you can easily monitor the bottle neck found in sectors N45-N56 when working with the VX Module.
