A netty pot can be useful in clearing out your sinuses, also, when my nose acts up I will take a tiny bit of Vaseline vapor rub and put it on my pinky to rub on the tip of my nose. I find that to be very helpful. If you live where they sell Buckley's another suggestion would be to boil it with water on the stove and stand over it and breathe the vapors in.
