Delete your face-face, and start a new account using a FAKE NAME! Do not add any photos of yourself, set privacy to MAX, and then re-add only the people you truly want to have that extra contact with. My old account, I would add hot chicks just because, and people I didn't like would request me. Went from 500+ to 100-.
