Me too I did a homebrew clone of it the other weak. It didn't come out anywhere near high enough alchol wise. So I'm calling it the "Squatch not quite imperial stout".

I think about it all the time. The revolution part is easy it's what you replace it with that is hard. One of the main things that I seem to come back to is greed. Look at the technology we have now we could make a lot of peoples lives a lot better if there wasn't a dollar value attached to it.

Very similar sound to first 3. I like them all but nothing really stood out like the last track. I play a lot of liquid I get that these are more jungley beat but i'll blaze up a spliff tomorrow morning and put em on the decks see what they sound like. Thanks for the dl.

Nah just taking advantage of being able to ask a dumb question. What if you started with an ale yeast and let it ferment till the yeast had eaten all the sugar in the wort and then cold crashed it racked and got it off the yeast cake with as little yeast as possible other than what's in suspension. Then pitched a lager yeast?

I like using the wyeast stuff and a starter, is there any reason you chose dry? Is it something to do with pitching rates? Looks like a real tasty recipe though anyway.
