Outlaw State Bullets? I've seen their stuff, and it looks impressive... but it costs over a dollar per bullet, not even per loaded cartridge. I'll go that way if I have to, but...

These seem a lot more dangerous than a real breaching round though. Breaching rounds use very small particles of metal, which aren't going to penetrate much after that initial impact with the door. These big pellets.. who knows.

I agree with pretty much everything you just said. Except the part about it only taking 10 minutes to cross town... it's more like an hour, thanks to all the fucking Californians who've moved here, and also thanks to our city council that hasn't improved infrastructure to accommodate them. "If you don't build it, they won't come." Well, they came, and they're still coming.

There's no reason to think the contract wasn't with the kid's parents. Don't you think they probably signed something before sending the kid off? It could easily have had this language in it.
