I respectfully disagree. I suspect paranoid schizophrenia with a preponderance of religious delusions. She has all the hallmarks of flat affect, disorganized speech, with abnormal tone and prosody; a delusional system....Her thinking and verbal expression is disorganized almost to the point of word salad with frequent alliterations and clang. Also, local paper profiles have her hearing the "voice" of god.

wow. just wow. i quit the scouts as a kid because the only troop available to me as a kid was connected to a catholic school, and i was bored to bloody tears when i wanst being shunned. i was raised agnostic by ex-catholics in a non-denominational school and "allowed" to join the troop in the school next door. all i wanted to do was all the cool empowering stuff in the manual, not the barefoot homecraft, brood-mare skills, cooking and cleaning bullshit.

now I just cook for fun. but bullshit is still bull shit.

hey, one time, I had a teacher who wouldnt let me go to the bathroom during lunch time, and kept me locked out of the building. I was little and had that anoying problem of liquid in and liquid out. I BEGGED to go in, a few days in a row, and she was refusing to let me go, and I was having to sneak in to try to go, and was getting kicked out of the building a few times, and even was bordering on wetting myself. Oneday I coouldnt hold it and was about to have an accident, so hid behind a bush, to go, so as to not have an accident. Some snotty kid told this bitch, and she tried to have me suspended. I was 6. My parents laughed in the bitch and the principal's face when she realized what was happening. (She'd been keeping an eye on the laundary).

TLDR: Fuck dictatorial schools and group think. especially ultra religious ones

good luck. If you get a metalic taste or tingling in your lips/mouth, its most likely the anticoagulant. I dont know if theres anything you can do. you need to talk to them about it. Be careful. you may need to talk to an allergy speciallist about keeping a medication or something for afterward if you want to keep donating. I dont know how serious this can get.

Lucky you the US has a lot to learn. I consider myself lucky because I escaped the public know nothing fate of being raised in the south. One wouldnt expect to receive an outstanding math, science, and critical thinking education in a religious school, but I did. As much as I oppose so much in the Catholic Church, I respect the fact that Religion stays in Religion class, Comparative Religion is required to round things out and broaden horizons (at least in my diocese), and by george, the laws of logic, modern physics, calculus and evolution reign supreme.

wikipedia suggests that there can be an allergy to the adhesive keeping the needle inplace, also the anticoagulant in the collecting device- most common in plasmaphoresis, but can happen with whole blood too. let your collecting agency know, mark the spot, come back as soon as it shows up.

Ok, you need to get a pet friendly motel for a weekend and move everyone in. While you are there, on Friday afternoon, get your whole house, dog areas, bedding and yard sprayed for fleas/ticks by a good exterminator. That same Friday you are at the motel, shampoo down the puppy (and any other animal in the house) with flea & tick shampoo.

DO NOT USE DIP- These can make your pets sick.

The house will be safe to move back home sunday night and the fleas/ticks gone. Wash all your sheets blankets and things.

Monday or Tuesday morning, apply Frontline or Advantix to all your Fuzzy friends.

In a few weeks, when the flea eggs approach hatching, you will need the house and yard sprayed again. But you may not need to be in a motel the whole time.

Make sure your fence line is totally secure, and put out some ultra sonic deterrent thingies (can find them at Drs Foster & Smith along with advantix and frontline) to keep critters carrying fleas and ticks from bringing them into your yard.
