What gold skull titles do you have? by wwleafin mw3

[–]realog173 1 point2 points ago

Dragunov is the only one I have. I used it every game for what felt like forever with one goal in mind -- the gold title. Gosh it was painful. It took me 2109 kills, but it was worth every single hitmarker and death-by-MP7 I went through. Still haven't used it since, though.

I think the Heat just got in their heads. Defensive pressure will do that from time to time.

I can spell Paul Pierce... and I'll go ahead and verify that he took three full steps.

But better yet, the Sixers probably don't have a good chance against the Heat... Meaning the Heat can get to the Finals more easily and LeBron can have a better chance at winning the title he deserves.

Man, he deserves more respect. Top 5 PG in the East and nobody knows how to spell his name!

Tryin to get him going because if they don't play him and he stays cold and you guys lose this game, he'll have zero momentum to carry into game 7.

No chance. They're playing like this because they're both good defensive teams. The only teams from the East that could beat these teams right now are the Heat and Pacers.

Karma for game 5. We lost that game before stepping on the court...

Gosh, what the Sixers would be with one player like that... This series would've been a sweep!

Refs made you guys look a lot better than you are in game 5. Let's hope for a competitive and fair game 7.

We attacked the basket just as much as they did in the first half, and the FT count was 2 to 10+. We should've easily been up 15 at halftime. Having said that, we played awfully in the second half, but I think a lot of that had to do with the extremely high number of ticky tack fouls called on both sides. That prevented us from getting into transition and also let Boston use their great FT shooting to score points. Even so, points in the paint was Boston 44 - Philly 46, AND we outrebounded them by 6. We had more turnovers, but several of their turnovers were eliminated by bad foul calls (or you could argue several of ours resulted after missed calls). They shot a better FG%, but again that was because of disparity in fouls on shot attempts. Even though we lost the game by 16, I honestly believe officiating ruined any chance that game had of being fair and balanced. Oh well, let's go get them in game 7. I only hope we don't see a repeat of the officiating from the last time in the garden...

TL;DR -- Even Bill Simmons tweeted about how badly the refs favored Boston in that game... That is saying something.

Yeah... I remember that play. An out of control Pierce barrels into a stationary Thad Young outside of the restricted zone. Turner hounded Pierce, but did not even come close to fouling him.

You're joking, right? You've just been conditioned by the awful calls Bass got in his favor in game 5. Every time you guys lost the ball or got stuffed, a magic foul appeared. Even Bill Simmons tweeted about how awful the reffing was in favor of the Celtics in that game.

If Kobe was replaced with sophmore LeBron in Kobe's championship teams, does Lakers win 5 championships? by jabamodernin nba

LeBron and Shaq easily win 00, 01, and 02. And since LeBron is not a dick, they also win 03, 04, and 05.

He would probably struggle against Hibbert just because of sheer size, but with Hibbert out he'd probably handle Center pretty easily.

This was Paul Pierce's game tonight... What was he, 14/14 on FTs? Come on, now.

If they play the Heat there is literally a zero percent chance they'd sweep. .. Not saying they'd lose, but they have a better chance of being swept by OKC than they do of sweeping the Heat.

3 seconds left and you're down by 1... by FrightenedInmate3in nba

[–]realog173 0 points1 point ago

As much as people don't seem to trust him with the last shot, I'm going with LeBron. He can get up a shot from almost anywhere on the court, and he's actually been pretty successful in his career in this type of situation.

I'm sure we all saw this stat: In his playoff career, LeBron is 5/12 on shots to tie or take the lead with less than 24 seconds left. For reference, Kobe is 7/27. I believe Jordan was 9/18.

Game 5 was much worse. The Sixers never even had a chance in that game.
