Yea aquaponics works very well in the desert. Some would argue better than traditional farming with gmo seed because there is way less evaporation to contend with. Im not saying gmo in the same setup wouldnt produce more. Im saying done this way there is no need for gmo seed in the first place.

I dont know enough to comment on your first point but youre second reason seems full of wholes. If a farmer is paying for spraying he wants it all to fall on his field, if you wanted whatever to be distributed everywhere it seems like higher would be better. This is just based on my own thinking and I dont subscribe to this conspiracy theory, just was wondering why ?

I could be just an idiot. I can see how you would come to that belief if you dont question things. Im not saying science is wrong, but to believe in it unquestioning is the same as believing in any written word unquestioning. I feel its rather idiotic not to question everything. Back to my original point, which you illustrated by repeating what youve heard about the "dark ages", anything that doesn't fit with what youve "know" is instantly thought of as impossible/crazy/insane. I know its a scary concept, to question what youve been told youre whole life, but to just accept unquestioning seems even scarier, or maybe just idiotic.

This will probably get burried, but fuck it. To dismiss someone elses beliefs as rediculous is to basically say that you know the truth; you decide whats pretty, whats fun, whats scary, whats good and bad....and if people dont agree with it, they are just wrong. This would be just fine if you were to base all of youre beliefs on what you personally have seen and experienced. When you start basing youre beliefs on what other people have seen or experienced, without seeing or feeling firsthand, you shun(even if its just in youre head) ideas as ignorant without being able to say why beyond just repeating what someone else said. If you believe there were dinosaurs, you should be able to say why without just saying paleontology, geology, taxonomy.... Anyways, dismising someone without seeing through their eyes is more or less equating youself and god
