You need advice on yourself. start talking to women, you wont hit a home run your first time up to bat, but at least you'll go out swinging.

Come up with questions, or conversation topics that you can keep in your back pocket (not literally) and draw on. The internet has a lot that can help get you started.

step 2: practice talking with girls you find less threatening. either that you're already friendly with or for whatever reason not intimidating. maybe a female professor or something.

step 3: be sincere

step 4: if they answer a question ask follow up questions and keep them talking. It can be a little difficult because it requires some thinking on your feet. But if you're sincere in the conversation it wont be a problem.

if you practice this, you will meet a lot of women, make more friends, and have better relationships with people you work with.

EDIT: I was not clear enough when I said ask questions. Ask A LOT of questions. Not yes or no questions either. Ones that will keep the conversation going but allowing her to do most of the talking. She'll think you're the most interesting guy on campus but she won't know a damn thing about you
