Does it matter how big or expensive the property is with the "8 properties?"

I teach english in Korea and am able to save about 20k a year and just became debt free.

I'd love to buy one or two cheap properties per year and be able to get to the point of having real estate being my sole income.

I was doing well kiss closing and getting numbers for awhile. Day 2's I got a lot of flakes. I think they get scared as they get sober the next day.

I need to start day approaching more, but the language barrier is frustrating when going for approach. A lot of times I don't bother because it's a high chance it's a dead end.

The recovery/reinvestment act is what I was referring to. All of that money went to "job creators" that are so hated amongst the "99%."

These are the same industries the Democrats think can afford more taxes.
