That is the problem with service and trade unions, but not with industrial or solidarity unions, which are more "radical". I.E, the I.W.W, CNT, CGT, etc...

And the trade and service unions are slowly re-organizing and changing their tactics.

But blaming unions for problems caused by neo-liberalism and capitalism is illogical.

70-80% population that HAS NO UNION

Caused by decades of anti-union aka anti-worker media, legislation and propaganda.

Cannabis is not a "mind-altering" substance. It is classified as a sedative-hypnotic. It also does not cause impairment. THC causes euphoria, not impairment, which varies depending on user, and quality of strain.

Cannabis also does not effect your judgement.

The comparison of cannabis and alcohol needs to stop.
