I was waiting in line at Brookstone to return a pair of functional but not very good-sounding headphones. I'd repackaged them to look like the box had never been opened, which is of course not allowed. I was feeling sort of guilty and worried about the interaction to come, then it turned out the guy in front of me in line was returning a travel pillow because it, in his words, "smelled like pee." Even got the clerk to give it a whiff to confirm. He got a full refund (as did I). Guess that was quicker than an argument.
