This has been a huge story here in L.A. for quite some time. Those two cops are still on the payroll. Just the other night the city of Fullerton had a community meeting where the people responsible for allowing that to happen got their asses handed to them by citizens of the city as well as Kelly's father himself.

When I was younger I had a terrible orthodontist who because my mouth was too small to hold all my teeth, decided to pull out my 4 permanent teeth (the ones next to your eye teeth) before my baby teeth had fallen out. Not sure how I made it out of that alive after seeing this.

I have OCD too. And yes, it goes far beyond that. I never turn off a tv when the channel has a 3 or 6 in it, I never turn off the radio or tv when the last letter I hear is a 'c' or when the last word I hear starts with a 'c'. Things MUST be done in even numbers but sometimes, it's more about it 'feeling right' (like if I touch a door when I close it I could stand there for literally minutes until it 'feels' right. That's just a start...

My parents best friend was the one who arranged that. She works on the lot and just so happens her brother is the one who made the original Batmobile. Believe they ended up at Bob's.

7th grade...one of my best friends and her sister (my sister's bf) were staying at my house for a week because their parents went to Hawaii. We were in drama class and had to write a paper about who we thought was the worst actor. I decided to write about the father on 'ALF'. Best friend was mortified by my choice. Got in a huge fight. When we got home from school I took all of her stuff in my room, opened the window (2nd story) and threw it out. She went to stay at another friends house and I got grounded.

My best friend is extremely good friends with two current NFL players. Both were in the top 70 best players this year (one in the top 15), both have won a Super Bowl (different teams) and both love the game. One of them takes losses incredibly hard to the point where he doesn't talk to anyone for a day or two. The other one treats it as a bad day at the office and though not a partier, will happily go about the rest of the day. The former has been with the same team since he was drafted 9 years ago the other is currently playing for his second team in 6 years.

I think it's reasonable to assume that the former feels more like it really is 'their' while the latter feels more like it's a group of 'co-workers'.

One thing they both know and have expressed is that they are only one person on a team that needs all of them to do their job and at the very most, they can only directly affect half of the team with their abilities to do THEIR job correctly so to take the teams losses too seriously would essentially lead to severe hatred to the rest of the team and that wouldn't be good for anyone.

These are just two players but I think they represent a pretty good sample...

Torrents and how they work sort of confuses me, always has but I've managed to get what I needed but it's things like this that make me want to understand how they work exactly: I go to a site like TPB, search for something, click it, download the 'torrent' which then opens up a prog on my mac (currently using transmission I think) and then downloads the actual file which is hosted (I think) on various servers around the world...right? So then this 90mb prog is taking which step out of the process?
