What does the MTGO exported list look like? I exported my list from deckbox.org with only 2 columns with the quantity and name of card and that does not seem to work.

I just bought the Youg Nuo 565EX and I have loved it so far. I have had a few mis fires but would work great for portraits. They run around 160 each so you could get a couple for the price of a nicer Nikon flash. These flashes will also fire using your popup flash, so no triggers needed. Also look into getting a couple umbrellas and light stands. This will make your lighting a lot softer. Just a bare strobe will emit very hard light, it just makes it harder to balance. Also get something to hold them light stands down, make your own sandbags or just use your camera bag. The umbrellas will fly like kites if not ;)

First thing I did was used Topaz DeNoise on it twice, Its an awesome noise removal tool. It did struggle with the weird swirls in the picture though. Then I cloned out a few of the spots, just to clean up the image a bit. Last I used levels on it. This fixed a lot of the colors and just looked more appealing to me. To get the most out of denoise mask it in to the needed parts so that you dont loose all your detail.

Um, I dont have experience with any other 300, but I shoot college football games with it and it works great. Thing I love about it is that it has no internal motor, so there is basically nothing that can break on it(that I know of) other than the glass. Just make sure you body has the focus screw(not sure of the name).

I just bought a 300mm ED, its an older model but I have been loving it, just wish I had an extender to try out with it.

I work at the paper for a state college and if you email the sports information people and just talk the talk its usually pretty easy to secure a pass for the game. Tell them you work for a student paper, they usually don't do any verifying in my experience.

And Huru is right, apply well in advanced, it will make you look a lot more promotional and not like you just want to get into the event for free.

50mm f1.8 or 50mm f1.4 if you want to spend a little more money. Its a great lens either way and it shouldn't be too expensive. Great for portraits and low light situations.
