It's all about consistency. If you haven't yet, sign up for a gym and just go as much as you can. Have set days or times to go. I go every other day after work even if I really don't want to, I try and at least go do the treadmill for 20 minutes. Thanks and good luck!

Thanks! Yeah I do 25 minutes of cardio then 30 minutes of circuit training. Then my next workout day I do all cardio for around 40 minutes
